  • Order Minimums

    Apparel Printing: 24 pieces

    Embroidery: 12 pieces

    Promotional Products: Varies based on product

    We can facilitate smaller orders at an additional cost.

  • Turnaround Time

    Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days after payment. We do have rush service available under certain conditions and at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.

  • Art Requirements

    We are an artist-run shop so if you need art created for your project, we can definitely help. If you have existing art we will ensure that it is decoration-ready and if any changes would be required.

  • Proofing

    We go the extra mile in making sure that we don’t start your project until we are sure that we are all on the same page. Once we receive your art and product description, we start making a digital mock-up of your design. Once you have approved the design or made any notes for us to change, we are ready for production.

  • Quote Process

    Once the proof and pricing are approved, we will provide a final quote for your review. After approval, we will send the invoice, collect full payment for your order, and proceed with production.

  • Re-Ordering

    We hope you're so pleased with your order that you'll come back for more! To re-order a previous job or design, simply give us a call or send us an email with the details of what needs to be re-printed. We'll get back to you with any updates on pricing or additional information that may affect your order.
